S&S Promotional Group Merges With Sampson Miller Advertising

Fargo, North Dakota-headquartered distributor S&S Promotional Group announced a merger with Sampson-Miller Advertising, based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“The addition of Sampson-Miller Advertising expands our portfolio and enables us to realize exciting new opportunities in a vibrant business market,” says Brad Ness, MAS, president of S&S Promotional Group. “The synergies between us will provide clients with a higher level of service, and advance support and opportunities to our sales consultants in the region.”
Both companies are members of The Partnering Group, Inc., an industry buying group that enables its members to share best business practices and leverage top creative and collective buying power.
Sampson Miller founded in 1931, serves a wide range of clients throughout the Upper Midwest. Paul Miller, owner of the third-generation family business, will serve as the regional vice president of sales for the Minnesota region for S&S Promotional Group. Miller will manage recruitment and training for the region, while continuing to service clients. “We’re confident that this merger allows us to carry on that customer first tradition well into the future,” Miller said.
