The Ampersand Group, an Akron, Ohio-based network of 60+ entrepreneurial business owners has launched a new buying group, The Power Of One Group.

The Power of One Group will give independent distributors in the promotional products, printing services and office supplies industries the buying power they need in one combined buying group.

For vendor partners, it will create a larger group of members to sell to—members that could begin to sell new industry products to their current customers, i.e. bring promotional products and office supplies to their print customers, and vice versa. Vendors will be able to build a more extensive database with advertising and coupon opportunities to offer to members.

The Power of One Group members can utilize the group’s search engine to find products and capabilities they need, while vendor partners can submit a detailed profile, verify a member at any time, educate members on their products and services, and take advantage of targeted advertising opportunities.
