Charlotte, North Carolina based distributor Proforma Durkee, a Proforma affiliate has acquired a $2 million distributor focused exclusively on the medical market.

Mike Durkee, owner of Proforma Durkee, is a member of Proforma’s $5 Million Dollar Club with 2019 sales of more than $6 million.
